I had trouble with one picture from my purchase of two. I emailed the company of the problem, showed them it didn’t print well. It was probably just the picture I chose and they let me redo it free of charge. I would recommend this company. The gift idea is very cute, the shipping didn’t take long and when I had an issue they got back to me within 24 hours and were very kind and willing to help. I appreciate the customer service provided to me regarding my transaction.

I got my item within a reasonable amount of time considering that it was shipped from Australia. It came in tact, perfect condition, and I was very happy with the outcome.
